Role Overview
The role supports spacecraft electrical and avionics systems, including power, embedded electronics, sensors, interfaces, and flight hardware.
The position offers increasing ownership of electrical engineering work from supervised tasks toward independent circuit, board, interface, or subsystem responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to spacecraft electrical design, analysis, development, integration, testing, and operation.
- Own well-scoped problems through requirements, schematics, component selection, analysis, integration, testing, documentation, and closure.
- Participate in design reviews, board bring-up, hardware builds, integration activities, test campaigns, anomaly investigations, and mission-readiness activities.
- Collaborate with mechanical, GNC, propulsion, software, systems, manufacturing, and mission-operations teams.
- Compare calculations, simulations, power budgets, signal expectations, and interface assumptions with bench, integration, and hardware data.
