Make an impact! As a Receiving Supervisor, you’ll serve as a hands-on working supervisor, balancing leadership responsibilities with day-to-day operational work in a fast-paced industrial environment. You’ll oversee receiving operations for your shift, inventory activities, and sampling while helping maintain a safe, compliant, and productive workplace. Key Job Responsibilities Supervise daily receiving operations, including inventory, sampling, labeling, and drum movement Lead and support shift personnel while maintaining productivity and safety standards Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures Conduct daily inspections to support compliance with operational and regulatory requirements Coordinate the proper transfer, storage, and processing of materials throughout the facility Monitor equipment condition and ensure maintenance or repairs are completed as needed Other duties as assigned Do you have what it takes? High school diploma or equivalent required Previous industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or operations experience preferred Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently Comfortable reading and working with SOPs, manifests, and bills of lading Able to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain attention to detail Must be able to work on-site and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, kneeling, and reaching throughout the shift What’s in for you?
