Responsibilities
- Maintain regular, structured contact with property sellers to keep inventory fresh, accurate, and active
- Demonstrate to sellers that the agency is actively working to find buyers for their properties
- Keep sellers engaged, informed on market updates, and prepared to move quickly when an offer comes in
- Coordinate directly with owners to secure smooth, regular access for property viewings with the agent team
- Keep seller statuses, property availability, and viewing feedback up to date in the internal tracking system
Requirements
- Native or fluent Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Strong English communication skills
- 1–2 years in telecalling, telesales, customer success, or real estate client management
- Dubai real estate experience is a strong advantage
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Strong negotiation, objection handling, and relationship building skills
- Highly proactive, organized, and persistent with a seller first attitude

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, energetic Arabic Telecaller / Seller Relationship Specialist to join our team. Your primary focus will be managing our active property in
Key Responsibilities
- Owner Relationship & Follow Ups: Maintain regular, structured contact with property sellers to keep our inventory fresh, accurate, and active.
- Build Trust & Position the Brand: Consistently demonstrate to sellers that our agency is actively and aggressively working to find buyers for their properties, setting us apart from other brokers.
- Deal Preparation: Keep sellers engaged, informed on market updates, and realistic/prepared to move quickly when an offer comes in.
- Viewing & Access Management: Coordinate directly with owners to secure smooth, regular access for property viewings with our agent team.
- Database & Inventory Hygiene: Keep seller statuses, property availability, and viewing feedback up to date in our internal tracking system.
Requirements
- Language: Native or fluent Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory. Strong English communication skills are required.
- Experience: 1–2 years in telecalling, telesales, customer success, or real estate client management (Dubai real estate experience is a strong advantage).
