Adeem Valuation & Advisory is seeking an experienced Senior Valuer to lead valuation assignments across various asset classes in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves financial modeling, market analysis, report writing, and mentoring junior analysts.

Responsibilities
- Lead valuation assignments from start to finish, ensuring quality, accuracy, and on time delivery
- Manage project timelines across your assignments
- Prepare, review, and follow up on client quotations
- Write and review valuation reports in both English and Arabic
- Mentor and review the work of junior analysts
- Present findings to clients and internal stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, following up to secure and retain business
- Support business development initiatives to grow revenue and market presence
Requirements
- Taqeem certification, or close to it (2,000+ accredited valuation hours)
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in real estate valuation
- Saudi national
- Full professional fluency in English and Arabic, including report writing and review in both languages
- Proficiency across all valuation approaches: Cost, Market, and Income
- Strong Excel modeling skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver under tight deadlines
- Strong client facing, negotiation, and business development skills

What You'll Do
