- Make outbound calls to property owners to source and secure exclusive/non exclusive listings
- Build and maintain a database of leads and owner contacts
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the listing/sales agents
- Follow up consistently to convert cold leads into active listings
- Maintain accurate records of calls, listings, and owner details in the CRM
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly listing targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a telecaller/telesales in real estate (mandatory)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with high call volumes and target based work
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic MS Office
- Based in Dubai
