About the job

  • We're hiring an experienced Telesales Executive to join our real estate team in Dubai.
  • She focuses on outbound calling to property owners to secure new listings, so we're looking for someone with a proven track record in real estate telecalling who's confident, persistent, and target driven.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to property owners to source and secure exclusive/non exclusive listings
  • Build and maintain a database of leads and owner contacts
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the listing/sales agents
  • Follow up consistently to convert cold leads into active listings
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, listings, and owner details in the CRM
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly listing targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a telecaller/telesales in real estate (mandatory)
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable with high call volumes and target based work
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic MS Office
  • Based in Dubai
