Role Overview

  • We are seeking an energetic, articulate, and highly motivated Real Estate Telecaller to join our property sales team.
  • You will be the first point of contact for potential property buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Your primary responsibility is to convert raw marketing leads and cold databases into highly qualified appointments for our senior Property Consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Qualification: Conduct high volume outbound calls to potential clients to understand their property requirements, budget, timeline, and preferred locations.
  • Pitching Projects: Present compelling overviews of our current residential/commercial listings, off plan projects, and exclusive investment opportunities.
  • Appointment Setting: Successfully schedule face to face meetings, site visits, or Zoom consultations between qualified prospects and our senior Real Estate Agents.
  • Database Nurturing: Follow up regularly with cold or dormant leads in the database, keeping them updated on new project launches, price drops, or market trends.
  • CRM Management: Maintain meticulous logs of all call outcomes, client preferences, and follow up schedules within the company CRM.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on basic real estate trends to speak confidently with investors.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Agent, or Customer Service Executive.
  • Direct experience in Real Estate, Banking, or Insurance is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Must be confident, professional, and persuasive over the phone.
  • Fluency in English is required. Turkish, Spanish speakers are a plus.
  • Objection Handling: Ability to handle common real estate objections.
  • Active Listening: Diagnosing a client's actual lifestyle or investment needs rather than just reading a script.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Real Estate CRMs (e.g., Property Finder, PIXXI).
