- Identify and analyze new locations for leasing and potential investment opportunities
- Collect and analyze real estate rates data to provide strategic recommendations
- Schedule and monitor rental payments to ensure timely payment
- Prepare regular reports on the status of locations and rental payments
- Utilize relevant platforms and applications for location management and data recording
- Maintain accurate records of location related documents and contracts
- Link contracts with relevant reports and data periodically
- Coordinate site surveys for selected locations and raise maintenance requests
- Assist in lease negotiations and prepare lease agreements
- Manage tenant relations and address issues or concerns
- Monitor compliance with Saudi real estate regulations
- Assist in developing and implementing location marketing strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- 1 3 years of experience in location management or real estate marketing
- Strong analytical, negotiation, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to real estate
- FAL License is preferred

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- 1 3 years of experience in location management or real estate marketing.
- Strong Analytical, Negotiation, Organizational and Communication Skills.
- Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to real estate.
- FAL License is preferred.
