Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads for buying, selling, and renting properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Negotiate offers and close real estate transactions
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and property listings
- Coordinate with developers, property owners, and internal teams
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
Requirements
- Experience in Dubai Real Estate sales is preferred
- Freshers with excellent sales skills and communication may also apply
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Self driven, target oriented, and customer focused
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an added advantage
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred but not mandatory
