- Promote and sell residential and commercial real estate units within company projects

- Prepare and present marketing offers and contracts, and complete sales procedures in coordination with legal department
- Follow up and update customer database periodically

- Monitor real estate market trends and competitor prices and provide recommendations
- Participate in real estate events and exhibitions to represent the company
- Coordinate with marketing, legal, and finance departments to ensure smooth sales procedures

- Knowledge of legal and procedural aspects of real estate sales
