Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell residential and commercial real estate units within company projects.
  • Communicate with potential clients, identify their needs, and provide appropriate real estate solutions.
  • Organize and conduct field tours for clients at real estate sites and projects.
  • Prepare and present marketing offers and contracts, and complete sales procedures in coordination with legal department.
  • Follow up and update customer database periodically.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and submit to management.
  • Monitor real estate market trends and competitor prices and provide recommendations.
  • Participate in real estate events and exhibitions to represent the company.
  • Coordinate with marketing, legal, and finance departments to ensure smooth sales procedures.
