Role Overview
Lead and manage a real estate sales team in Dubai.
Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets across off-plan and secondary-market properties.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Develop and execute strategies for Dubai off-plan and secondary-market properties.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead allocation and follow-up through negotiation and closing.
- Monitor agent performance, conversion rates, KPIs, and sales activity.
- Conduct sales meetings, coaching, training, and performance reviews.
- Build relationships with developers, investors, and high-value clients.
- Support negotiations and closing of high-value deals.
- Stay updated on property launches, market trends, pricing, and competitors.
- Ensure professional client handling, CRM management, and timely follow-ups.
Requirements
- Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a real estate sales team toward monthly and quarterly targets.
- Ability to manage sales pipelines, monitor KPIs, coach agents, and support negotiations and deal closing.
