Role Overview

The role leads secondary-market real estate agents and drives sales and deal-closing performance.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Dubai's secondary real estate market.
- An existing team of experienced secondary-market agents is required.
- Proven track record in sales and closing deals.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- The position is based in Business Bay, Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Lead an existing team of experienced secondary-market real estate agents.
