Real Estate Sales Manager
to lead the launch and growth of our Abu Dhabi branch.
This is a
Senior leadership role
for a driven real estate professional with strong Abu Dhabi market expertise, proven sales performance, and the ability to build, lead, and scale a high-performing team from the ground up.
Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for setting up and managing the Abu Dhabi sales division, driving revenue growth, and ensuring consistent performance across the team.
You will play a key role in shaping the branch strategy, recruitment, and long-term expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Abu Dhabi sales team (10 agents)
- Build and develop a high-performing, target-driven team culture
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of agents
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and KPIs
- Develop strategies to grow market share in Abu Dhabi
- Manage both secondary and off-plan property sales activities
- Ensure excellent client relationship management and service standards
- Report performance metrics and forecasts to senior management
- Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to achieve business goals
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of proven real estate experience in Abu Dhabi
- Strong leadership experience managing large sales teams
- Solid track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market
- Experience in both secondary and off-plan segments
- Strong ability in team building, coaching, and performance management
- High level of professionalism, discipline, and market knowledge
