- Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management
- Work closely with the marketing team to maximize lead conversion
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of UAE real estate sales experience
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
