About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of independent real estate agents to achieve individual and group sales targets
- Take direct responsibility for sales performance and success of assigned real estate projects
- Develop and implement project specific sales strategies to increase revenue and project visibility
- Support agents throughout the sales cycle, including lead qualification, client relationship management, negotiation, and closing
- Monitor agent performance, sales movement, and conversion rates, taking proactive action when performance is below expectations
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and follow up sessions to improve agent productivity and closing abilities
- Collaborate closely with marketing and business development teams to generate leads and increase project exposure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain high service standards throughout the sales process
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new project launches to identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- 5 10 years of real estate sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong network of clients and brokers in Riyadh
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Deep understanding of the local real estate market and customer preferences
