Responsibilities
- Proactively source, develop, and manage a pipeline of Russian speaking clients including investors, end users, and overseas buyers.
- Present and promote off plan, ready, and secondary market properties across Dubai to qualified prospects.
- Conduct property viewings, investment briefings, and deal negotiations with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with company KPIs.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, including pricing trends, developer projects, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for the Russian speaking market.
- Provide after sales support, ensuring seamless handover and ongoing client satisfaction.
- Represent Solomon Group UAE at property expos, roadshows, and networking events both locally and internationally.
Requirements
- Native or near native proficiency in Russian (spoken and written); English proficiency is essential
- Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience, preferably in Dubai or the GCC
- Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate landscape, including freehold areas, developer projects, and investment regulations
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- RERA certification (or willingness to obtain upon joining)
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Self motivated, target driven, and able to work in a fast paced environment
