Real Estate Sales Executive

We are hiring confident, motivated, and sales-driven professionals to join our growing real estate sales team in Dubai.

As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting Dubai real estate properties, arranging viewings, managing follow-ups, and converting leads into successful sales opportunities.

We are looking for individuals who are energetic, persuasive, well-spoken, and committed to building a long-term career in real estate sales.

Dubai real estate experience is preferred, but candidates with strong sales ability, excellent communication skills, and a target-focused mindset are also encouraged to apply.

· Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to move opportunities forward

· Build and maintain strong client relationships

· Update client databases, lead records, and sales activity reports

· Achieve monthly sales targets and performance objectives

· Stay informed about Dubai real estate market trends, projects, and pricing

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities

· Confident in cold calling, follow-ups, and lead generation

· Good convincing, negotiation, and closing skills

· Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented

· Ability to handle client objections professionally

· Strong time management and follow-up discipline

· Previous real estate or sales experience in Dubai is preferred

· Must be comfortable working in a competitive sales environment
