About the Role
DLR Real Estate LLC is seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive with 1-2 years of Dubai real estate experience to sell off-plan properties. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, and achieving sales targets, with a competitive salary plus commission.

Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify real estate leads
- Promote and sell off plan properties from leading Dubai developers
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and end users
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into sales
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, developer launches, and investment opportunities
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales reports
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of Dubai real estate sales experience
- Strong knowledge of Dubai off plan projects and major developers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
- RERA certification is preferred
- Fluency in English is required

- We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team and help clients find the best investment opportunities in the UAE property market
