NexusNext Realty is seeking ambitious, motivated, and target-driven Sales Executives to join its team in Dubai.
The role focuses on selling residential and investment properties and converting company-provided leads into transactions.
Your role
- Convert fresh leads into successful property transactions.
- Build strong relationships with clients.
- Handle property inquiries, viewings, negotiations, and closings.
- Promote Dubai residential and investment properties.
- Follow up with clients and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize commission earnings.
Candidate profile
- Motivated and sales-driven individuals are sought.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required.
- Real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of the Dubai property market is an advantage.
- A professional attitude and strong follow-up skills are expected.
Compensation and support
- Compensation is listed as up to AED 6,000 per month plus attractive commission.
