The Real Estate Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates.
The role generates and manages leads, conducts property viewings, and guides clients from inquiry through closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for clients, manage the opportunity pipeline, prepare property proposals, and negotiate sales agreements.
- Work with internal teams to maintain accurate listings, current market information, and timely follow-up.
- Build long-term client relationships, monitor market developments, and represent the company professionally.
- Travel locally for client meetings and property viewings.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing presentation skills.
- Customer service, relationship-management, organizational, and time-management skills are required.
- Knowledge of the Dubai and UAE real estate market, or the ability and willingness to learn quickly, is required.
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM or property management systems is required.
- Fluency in English and a valid UAE driving license are required.
- Additional UAE languages are advantageous, and previous real estate or property sales experience is preferred.
- Professionalism, integrity, and adherence to regulatory and ethical standards are required.
