Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Chinese-speaking market
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese clients and investors
  • Conduct property viewings and present suitable options based on client needs
  • Provide market insights, pricing trends, and investment advice
  • Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of clients and properties
  • Collaborate with marketing team to promote listings to Chinese platforms and channels
  • Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and company policies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role
  • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin required; Cantonese is a plus) and English
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market is highly preferred
  • Self-motivated with a strong sales-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with international or Chinese investors
  • Strong network within the Chinese community
  • Digital marketing experience on Chinese platforms (e.g., WeChat, Weibo)
