- Generate and convert high quality investor and buyer leads into successful transactions
- Provide strategic advisory to clients on off plan investments, market trends, and ROI opportunities
- Build, manage, and expand a strong portfolio of investors and HNI clients
- Develop and maintain long term relationships with developers, brokers, and key stakeholders
- Lead end to end sales processes from client consultation to deal closure
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated with Dubai real estate regulations, project launches, and market dynamics
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team performance
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in Dubai's off plan real estate market
- In depth market knowledge

Job Title: Property Consultant – Dubai Real Estate
- ARD Estates is seeking a highly experienced Property Consultant with a minimum of 1 TO 2 years of experience in Dubai’s off plan real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
