Role Description

  • Manage the end to end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and negotiating offers.
  • Maintain an up to date knowledge of local market trends, property listings, and regulations to effectively advise clients.
  • Respond to client inquiries, provide high quality customer service, prepare sales proposals and documentation, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Achieve sales targets, update CRM records, and participate in regular training sessions and team meetings.

Qualifications

  • Strong Real Estate Sales and Sales skills, with a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet or exceed targets.
  • Knowledge of the Real Estate market, particularly in Dubai, with the ability to understand property valuations, regulations, and market trends.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a client focused approach.
  • Experience in Training or a willingness to participate in ongoing training to stay current with market developments and company processes.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Comfort using CRM systems and digital tools to manage leads, listings, and client communications.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are an advantage.
  • Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred; relevant certifications or licenses in real estate are a plus.
  • Ability to work on site in Dubai, including flexibility to meet clients during evenings or weekends as needed.
  • Meet monthly targets
  • Dubai experience is a must
