Responsibilities
- Manage end to end sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and negotiating offers
- Maintain up to date knowledge of local market trends, property listings, and regulations
- Respond to client inquiries, provide high quality customer service, prepare sales proposals and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
- Achieve sales targets, update CRM records, and participate in training sessions and team meetings
Requirements
- Strong Real Estate Sales and Sales skills with proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet targets
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, property valuations, regulations, and market trends
- Excellent Customer Service skills including active listening and clear communication
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Comfort using CRM systems and digital tools
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Previous experience in real estate or sales preferred; relevant certifications or licenses a plus
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, including flexibility for evenings or weekends
- Meet monthly targets
- Dubai experience is a must

Role Description

Qualifications

- Knowledge of the Real Estate market, particularly in Dubai, with the ability to understand property valuations, regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a client focused approach.
- Experience in Training or a willingness to participate in ongoing training to stay current with market developments and company processes.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Comfort using CRM systems and digital tools to manage leads, listings, and client communications.
- Fluency in English; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are an advantage.
- Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred; relevant certifications or licenses in real estate are a plus.
