Role Description

  • Engage with prospective buyers and investors, understand their requirements, and present suitable property and investment options from Nestrov’s portfolio.
  • Manage the end to end sales cycle, including prospecting, conducting site visits, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals in both primary and secondary markets.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, provide market insights, and ensure a high quality customer experience throughout the decision making process.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, collaborate with internal teams and developer partners, and participate in ongoing training and performance reviews to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Real Estate Sales and Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of the Real Estate market, preferably in Dubai and/or the wider UAE region.
  • Demonstrated Customer Service and client relationship management skills, with a consultative and solutions oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Comfort with using CRM tools, digital marketing channels, and data driven insights to manage leads and optimize conversion.
  • Ability to work on site in Dubai, including flexibility to meet clients during evenings or weekends when required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience in real estate sales will be considered.
