- Lead, manage, and monitor the performance of the sales team

- Improve sales processes, workflows, and team productivity
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into successful sales transactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners
- Prepare sales forecasts and periodic performance reports for management
- Monitor project performance and property inventory to align sales efforts with business priorities
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Department to maximize sales results
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges

- Minimum 3 years of experience within the Saudi real estate market
