About the Role
GE Real Estate in Doha seeks a Real Estate Sales and Leasing Advisor to generate leads, conduct property viewings, and manage client relationships. The role requires previous experience in real estate sales and leasing, strong communication and negotiation skills, and familiarity with Qatar's real estate market.

Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify sales and leasing leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and digital channels.
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, negotiations, and follow ups with prospective clients.
- Match clients with suitable properties based on their requirements and budget.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, buyers, tenants, and investors.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property viewings, and transactions within the company's CRM system.
- Coordinate documentation and assist clients throughout the sales or leasing process.
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Achieve assigned sales, leasing, and revenue targets while maintaining high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable real estate regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate sales and leasing is highly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets
- Familiarity with Qatar's real estate market is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools
- Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred
