Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Property Consultant / Real Estate Advisor** to join our growing team in Dubai.

As a **Property Consultant**, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties while providing expert market guidance and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided marketing channels
- Assist clients in **buying, selling, and leasing properties** in Dubai
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
- Negotiate deals and close property transactions
- Stay updated on **Dubai real estate market trends** and property regulations
- Maintain client records and follow up on leads effectively
- Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in **real estate, sales, telesales, banking, insurance, or customer-facing roles** preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality
- Ability to build relationships and close deals
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is an advantage
- UAE driving license is a plus
- Freshers with strong sales skills are encouraged to apply
