Overview

  • Asqlaan Real Estate is hiring a talented Real Estate Broker / Sales Agent.
  • We are looking for a motivated sales professional with experience in Dubai off plan properties.
  • The candidate must have strong closing skills, be confident in handling investor leads, and be fluent in Hindi or Gujarati and English.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience is mandatory.
  • Experience in off plan property sales is required.
  • Proven track record of successful closures.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
  • Good understanding of developers, communities, and project launches.
  • Must be able to speak Hindi or Gujarati fluently.
  • Must be proficient in English.
  • Must have a valid UAE driving license.
  • Must have own car.
  • Must be currently based in Dubai.
  • Must be comfortable working with a CRM system.

  • Compare projects based on ROI, resale potential, and rental demand.
  • Arrange developer meetings and site visits.
  • Present project details clearly to clients.
  • Follow up with clients consistently.
  • Nurture leads until closure.
  • Negotiate effectively with clients and developers.
  • Maintain all lead updates in the CRM system.
