Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site role in Dubai, UAE, for an English speaking Real Estate Sales Agent.
  • You will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and investing in Dubai properties, providing exceptional customer service.
  • The role requires building strong relationships, understanding investor needs, and guiding them through the entire process with professionalism, market knowledge, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in Dubai properties.
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with international investors.
  • Provide expert advice on the Dubai real estate market, areas, and developers.
  • Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
  • Offer a high level of customer service and follow up.
  • Stay updated on market trends and new launches.

Qualifications

  • Native or advanced English — Mandatory.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is highly valued.
  • Other languages (Spanish / Arabic / Hebrew) are a plus.
