Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, and digital platforms
- Conduct property viewings and present off plan and ready projects to buyers and investors
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified clients
- Negotiate and close deals while delivering an exceptional client experience
- Appear in company produced social media content — property tours, market updates, reels, and live sessions
- Build personal brand online with full creative and video support from in house team
- Stay up to date on Dubai's property market, new launches, payment plans, and developer offerings
- Follow up consistently with all leads, prospects, and past clients
Requirements
- Proficient in English — excellent spoken and written communication
- Comfortable on camera and willing to build an active presence on social media platforms
- Sales driven with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets
- Presentable, professional, and genuinely great with people
- Self motivated and able to work independently
- Prior experience in real estate or sales is preferred
- Must be based in UAE or willing to relocate immediately
- Must have own valid UAE visa (Employment, Spouse, Family, or Freelance Visa)

What We're Looking For
