- Understand clients' property requirements and recommend suitable options
- Negotiate property prices, rental terms, and contracts on behalf of clients
- Prepare and manage sales and leasing documentation in compliance with UAE regulations
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and new project launches
- Maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales and leasing targets
- Collaborate with the marketing and administrative teams to promote property listings
Requirements
- Female candidate
- Previous experience in real estate sales or property leasing in the UAE is preferred
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship building abilities
- Self motivated, target driven, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Fluency in English is required
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and RERA regulations is an advantage
