About the Role
The brokerage is expanding its Dubai sales team and seeks agents interested in building a long-term real estate career.
The role provides qualified leads, marketing support, and structured training while the agent manages client relationships through deal completion.
Responsibilities
- Manage and convert company-provided leads into active clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Guide clients through property viewings, negotiations, and transactions.
- Manage the full deal cycle from initial consultation to closing.
- Stay current on Dubai market trends, pricing, and available inventory.
- Maintain accurate client and transaction records in the company CRM.
- Represent the company brand professionally in all client interactions.
Requirements
- A valid UAE driving license is required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are required.
- Candidates should be self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a commission-based role.
- Prior real estate or sales experience is preferred.
Compensation
- The role is commission-based.
- Commission structure and any applicable draw will be discussed during the interview process.
