Real Estate Sales Agent - Chinese Speaker

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Chinese-speaking market Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese clients and investors Conduct property viewings and present suitable options based on client needs Provide market insights, pricing trends, and investment advice Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets Maintain an up-to-date database of clients and properties Collaborate with marketing team to promote listings to Chinese platforms and channels Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and company policies Requirements: Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin required; Cantonese is a plus) and English Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Knowledge of the local real estate market is highly preferred Self-motivated with a strong sales-driven mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with international or Chinese investors Strong network within the Chinese community Digital marketing experience on Chinese platforms (e.g., WeChat, Weibo)
