Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage real estate sales leads.
  • Build strong relationships with buyers and investors.
  • Conduct luxury property viewings and presentations.
  • Advise clients on off plan and secondary market opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close property transactions.
  • Manage client communication and follow ups.
  • Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends.
  • Use CRM systems and property portals effectively.
  • Create professional property marketing content.

Candidate Requirements

  • Sales driven and financially motivated.
  • Confident communicators and negotiators.
  • Target oriented and ambitious.
  • Comfortable in a commission based role.
  • Skilled in networking and relationship building.
  • Passionate about luxury real estate and investments.

Preferred Experience

  • Real Estate, Luxury Sales, Banking & Finance, Wealth Management, Tele sales, Hospitality Sales, Client Acquisition, Investment Advisory, Business Development.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a sales mindset are also encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Dubai real estate experience preferred.
  • RERA certification is an advantage.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
  • Existing client network is a plus.
  • Multilingual candidates preferred (English, Mandarin Chinese).
