- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, investors, and property owners
- Handle end to end sales and leasing activities for residential and commercial properties
- Conduct client meetings, consultations, and property viewings
- Generate and follow up on leads to close deals effectively
- Stay updated on market trends and property inventory
- Travel across Dubai and other Emirates when required
- Deliver strong customer service and relationship management
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Real Estate, Brokerage, Sales, Business Development, or customer facing roles
- Must currently be based in the UAE
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Comfortable working in a commission driven environment
- Willingness to travel across Emirates if required
