Responsibilities
- Supervise execution of real estate development projects from design to delivery
- Manage and coordinate work teams and subcontractors

- Prepare and audit BOQ and review work schedules
- Supervise Post Tension works and ensure compliance with technical specifications
- Review drawings and technical specifications to ensure execution quality
- Prepare periodic reports and submit to senior management
- Coordinate with government authorities to obtain necessary permits
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a government university
- At least 5 years of experience in real estate development project management
- Documented experience in BOQ preparation and scheduling
- Practical experience in Post Tension systems and execution methods
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
- Knowledge of Saudi building regulations and requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred
