Portal Specialist

to manage our digital inventory.

We are a high-end boutique real estate firm based in Abu Dhabi (Haibu Space, Abu Dhabi Mall), and we pride ourselves on having the most polished, professional, and compliant listings in the market.

This isn't just data entry.

We need a specialist who understands the

algorithm

, the

compliance

, and the

luxury aesthetic

required for Saadiyat, Yas Island, and Al Reem.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • **Portal Management:**
  • Full administration of
  • Property Finder (Manager), Bayut (Profolio), and Dubizzle.
  • **Listing Excellence:**
  • Writing high-converting, luxury-tier property descriptions and ensuring media (photos/videos/360 tours) meets our boutique standards.
  • **Lead Optimization:**
  • Strategic management of
  • Boosts, Signature slots, and Premium credits
  • to ensure our properties stay at the top of the search results.
  • **Compliance (ADREC):**
  • Handling all permit applications and ensuring every listing is 100% legal and verified.
  • **CRM Mastery:**
  • Maintaining our internal CRM (PropSpace/Masterkey) to ensure seamless syncing across all platforms.
  • **Performance Tracking:**
  • Providing weekly reports on lead generation, CTR (Click-Through Rates), and listing health.

What We Are Looking For

  • **Experience:**
  • Proven track record as a Portal Specialist in the

Abu Dhabi

  • Real Estate market.
  • **Technical Expertise:**
  • Mastery of PF Expert, Bayut Profolio, and Dubizzle back-ends.
  • **Regulatory Knowledge:**
  • Deep understanding of Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC) requirements.
  • **Language:**
  • Native-level or highly professional English (written and verbal).
  • **Precision:**
  • A perfectionist who catches every typo and ensures every photo is watermarked correctly.
