Role Overview

  • CBA Real Estate is seeking a skilled and creative Real Estate Photographer & Videographer to produce high quality visual content for luxury property listings across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture high quality interior and exterior property photographs
  • Shoot professional interior and exterior property videos
  • Create engaging short form videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
  • Edit photos using Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent tools
  • Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar software
  • Apply color correction/grading, transitions, audio syncing, and motion graphics
  • Stay updated with Dubai real estate photography and videography trends
  • Work closely with real estate agents and the marketing team
  • Manage multiple shoots efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Maintain organized photo and video file structures

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate photography and videography (Dubai experience preferred)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing property photography, videography, and short form social content
  • Proficiency in Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or equivalent
  • Experience using professional cameras, lenses, stabilizers, drones (preferred), lighting, and audio equipment
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling for luxury real estate
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Trend aware with ability to produce content optimized for social engagement
