Role Responsibilities
- Oversee daily real estate operations and manage transactions from listing through closing.
- Proactively address transaction and operational bottlenecks.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships through exceptional service and personalized support.
- Develop workflows and systems to improve productivity and reduce business costs.
- Manage inquiries, feedback, and complaints across client communication channels.
- Coordinate with agents, brokers, legal teams, and other stakeholders to facilitate transactions and maintain compliance.
- Develop client retention strategies such as targeted outreach and exclusive offers.
- Maximize repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
