Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell off-plan properties from developers including Emaar, DAMAC, and Sobha.
- Track project launches, market trends, and developer offerings.
- Build a qualified lead pipeline through digital platforms, referrals, and property portals.
- Provide investment advice, ROI analysis, and transparent buyer communication.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and follow-up meetings.
- Maintain CRM records and complete timely client follow-ups.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Assist with property buying, selling, renting, pricing guidance, negotiations, and advertising.
