Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to inquiries from compound seekers and match them with suitable listed compounds.
- Coordinate and follow up with compound management teams and prospective tenants to facilitate deal closures.
- Maintain and update compound listings on the platform to ensure accuracy and visual appeal.
- Build and nurture relationships with residential compound operators to expand the listing portfolio.
- Track leads, manage a pipeline of active inquiries, and report on conversion rates.
- Support marketing campaigns and content creation efforts to increase platform traffic and brand awareness.
- Gather feedback from clients and compounds to help improve the service experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (or currently enrolled).
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi residential real estate market, particularly compound living.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools.
- Self motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
- Based in Riyadh with the ability to attend on site meetings as required.
- Prior experience in real estate, sales, or digital marketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems is an advantage.
