The Role
The Real Estate Manager will oversee real estate strategy, portfolio management, acquisitions, leasing, property performance, transactions, development initiatives, and stakeholder relationships.
The role requires commercial judgment and practical knowledge of property markets, financial analysis, leasing, asset management, negotiations, and real estate operations.
Work Arrangement
- The role is based in the United Arab Emirates and is described as fully remote.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop real estate strategies and manage owned, leased, developed, and occupied property portfolios.
- Evaluate property requirements, market conditions, acquisitions, disposals, leasing, relocations, and portfolio optimization.
- Prepare financial assessments, business cases, investment proposals, financial models, and scenario analyses.
- Manage transactions, due diligence, negotiations, lease portfolios, contractual obligations, and external relationships.
- Monitor occupancy, utilization, vacancy, income, expenses, valuations, asset performance, and portfolio risks.
- Coordinate inspections, facilities, development, refurbishment, expansion, capital planning, budgets, and regulatory approvals.
- Report portfolio performance, transactions, financial results, risks, market developments, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, property transactions, leasing, and asset management.
- Experience with financial modeling, property valuation, rental economics, cash flow, ROI, IRR, and NPV.
- Strong contract, negotiation, commercial-management, project-management, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple properties, transactions, projects, budgets, deadlines, and complex contractual and financial information.
- Experience working with international and distributed teams.

Performance areas include portfolio value, occupancy, utilization, rental income, operating expenses, vacancy, lease renewals, transaction value, investment returns, budget adherence, project delivery, compliance, cost savings, sustainability, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experienced in real estate management, property management, asset management, corporate real estate, commercial property, real estate investment, leasing, or property development.
- Experience managing commercial, corporate, industrial, retail, residential, or mixed-use property portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of acquisitions, disposals, leasing, renewals, and property negotiations.
- Experience conducting property and market analysis.
- Strong financial modeling and investment-analysis capabilities, including returns, cash flow, IRR, and NPV.
- Experience managing due diligence processes and external advisers.
- Strong contract, negotiation, and commercial-management skills.
- Experience working with landlords, tenants, brokers, developers, investors, and property service providers.
- Strong knowledge of property operations, facilities requirements, building condition, and capital planning.
- Experience supporting development, refurbishment, relocation, or expansion projects.
- Strong understanding of property-related legal, regulatory, planning, environmental, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent project-management, stakeholder-management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
