About the Role
La Maison Real Estate is seeking an experienced Listing Manager to oversee the listing team, optimize advertising performance, and manage property listings on platforms like Property Finder, Dubizzle, and Bayut.

Responsibilities
- Manage the listing team and ensure the listings are accurate and up to date
- Optimizing advertising performance by understanding the unique ranking criteria for each channel
- Creating, Editing, Updating and Publishing listings on Property Finder, Dubizzle and Bayut thru the relevant CRM’s
- Writing marketing content, creating company advertising profiles and working with the operations team to understand the unique features and key selling points of the properties
- Searching for a new available units for rent and sale
- Strong communication with listing team and providing from them a big amount of calls
- Providing availability reports and prioritizing available properties across marketing channels
- Coordinate and assist the sales team to prepare sales and leasing offers, contracts, MOUs, issuing Tawtheeq contracts and filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Maintain positive working relationships with landlords, tenants and sellers
Requirements
- Real Estate listing experience in Abu Dhabi is a Must
- 2 years as a listing manager is a must
- Real Estate Marketing Background Essential along with experience with specific property websites and local real estate CRMs
- Experience with social media advertising would be beneficial
- Fluent in Arabic and English is a MUST
- Professional, skilled, and presentable
