Role Description

  • We are looking for a detail oriented and highly organized Listing Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring all property listings are accurately uploaded and compliant across various portals, permits are properly applied for, and documentation is completed in line with Dubai L

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, update, refresh and remove property listings on real estate portals (e.g. Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle).
  • Ensure all listings include accurate property details, pricing, descriptions, and high quality photos.
  • Monitor listing performance and remove expired or duplicate listings.
  • Generate listing reports and maintain an organized property database.
  • Coordinate with developers regarding agency registration and contracts.
  • Coordinate with photographers, marketing teams, and agents to collect listing materials.
  • Apply for and track Trakheesi permits through DLD platforms
  • Prepare, review, and file all required real estate forms (Form A, B, F, MOU, etc.)
  • Ensure all contracts and documents are compliant with current RERA/DLD regulations
  • Maintain an internal listing and documentation database for the sales and leasing teams
  • Maintain accurate client and transaction records.
  • Conduct AML searches for clients before contract creation and assess risk based on search results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate administration or listings management role in a Dubai Real Estate agency
  • Familiarity with CRM's such as Bitrix, PF Expert etc.
  • Knowledge of DLD/RERA regulations and real estate documentation processes
  • Familiarity with Trakheesi system
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

What We Provide

  • Salary: AED 4000 6000 per month (based on experience)
  • Monday Friday 9am 6pm; Saturday 10am to 3pm (occasional weekends from home may be required if urgent contract is required etc.)
  • Work Visa for the United Arab Emirates, including medical insurance
  • Company laptop and mobile phone with data package
