- Prepare tenancy agreements, lease documentation, and related paperwork
- Meet and exceed monthly leasing and revenue targets
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of real estate leasing experience in Abu Dhabi
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities, rental regulations, and real estate market trends
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Own car
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma (preferred)
- Valid Abu Dhabi Broker License (or eligibility to obtain one) preferred

Job Summary
- We are seeking a motivated, professional, and results driven Real Estate Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in residential and commercial leasing
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leasing leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Manage and update property listings across all real estate portals and CRM systems.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective tenants.
- Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants.
- Prepare tenancy agreements, lease documentation, and related paperwork.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and property owners.
- Ensure all leasing transactions comply with Abu Dhabi regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with property management teams regarding handover, maintenance, and tenant requirements.
- Follow up with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly leasing and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property availability.
- Stay updated on market trends, rental prices, and competitor activities.
