Role Overview
The employer is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to generate high-quality leads for its Dubai real estate sales team.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in lead generation or performance marketing is required.
- Real estate industry experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is required.
- Experience with CRM and lead management systems is required.
- Strong analytical and communication skills are required.
- UAE or Dubai market experience is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads for Dubai real estate projects.
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta and Google advertising campaigns.
- Target investors and property buyers in UAE and international markets.
- Manage lead funnels, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
- Monitor cost per lead, lead quality, conversion, and campaign return on investment.
- Coordinate lead distribution and follow-up with the sales team.
- Maintain CRM lead records and campaign data.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Test creatives, audiences, and campaigns to improve results.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,500 to AED 4,000 per month.
- The package includes performance incentives and commission.
