Job Purpose
Support the success of the real estate portfolio through investment analysis, market research, financial modeling, transaction execution, and portfolio initiatives.
Gain exposure to strategic planning, investment structuring, cross-functional collaboration, and the full real estate investment lifecycle.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and maintain intelligence on real estate trends, macroeconomic developments, and sector benchmarks.
- Prepare investment screening memorandums and presentations for executive and committee-level approvals.
- Build and maintain financial models for investment feasibility, underwriting decisions, and return scenarios.
- Monitor existing asset and project performance and deliver periodic data-driven reports.
- Support transaction planning and execution, including deal structuring, financial analysis, due diligence, and approval materials.
- Support asset and land monetization strategies through analysis, benchmarking, and financial scenario modeling.
- Lead evaluations of development and investment opportunities through feasibility studies and investment analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, fund managers, operating partners, and service providers.
- Coordinate internal meetings, prepare briefing materials, track initiatives, and capture strategic actions.
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, investment policies, and reporting protocols.
- Collaborate with legal and investment operations stakeholders on transactions, risk management, and portfolio oversight.
- Manage RFP preparation and administration and support evaluation of external advisor proposals.
Job-Specific Skills
- Graduate degree from a reputable institution in economics, finance, accounting, or a similar discipline.
- Experience in real estate investment with an investment company, family office, fund manager, or specialized real estate advisory firm.
- Working knowledge of real estate investment and management.
- Experience across real estate asset classes, including commercial offices, retail, hospitality, or logistics.
- Experience with private funds, joint ventures, or investment platform transactions.
- Ability to evaluate and clearly communicate real estate financial models, concepts, and solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, or a similar discipline.
- A relevant master’s degree is preferred.
- CFA, CAIA, or a similar investment management qualification is a plus.
- 4–6 years of experience in real estate investment.
