Role Overview
Oversee operations and maintenance for the company’s residential and commercial properties.
Ensure assets operate efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively while maintaining service quality and long-term value.
Key Duties
- Manage daily facility operations, including maintenance, security, cleaning, and landscaping.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for reliability and asset longevity.
- Identify operational issues, analyze root causes, and implement sustainable, cost-effective solutions.
- Lead and develop facility and maintenance teams.
- Establish processes and procedures for maintenance and facility workflows.
- Prepare facility budgets and manage service contracts and vendor performance.
- Study operations and running costs for new projects.
- Collaborate on project handovers, fit-outs, and renovations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Promote energy efficiency and sustainability across facilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or another Engineering discipline is preferred.
- At least 7 years of facility management or property operations experience, ideally with a real estate developer.
- Experience operating multi-floor commercial buildings, large outdoor plazas, and residential properties.
- Strong leadership, budgeting, and vendor management skills.
- Excellent communication in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Additional Advantages
- AutoCAD or experience with Odoo maintenance, projects, or facility modules is an advantage.
- FMP or an equivalent professional certification is an advantage.
