We are seeking applications for the position of Real Estate Expert for Urban building Infrastructure project.

• Identify high-potential development zones around station precincts.
• Assess land development opportunities based on accessibility, connectivity, demographics, and economic indicators.
• Evaluate the carrying capacity and development suitability of station influence areas.
• Analyze market trends, absorption rates, property values, rental trends, vacancy levels, and growth patterns.
• Undertake long-term real estate demand forecasting for various land uses.
• Postgraduate Degree in Real Estate/Urban Planning/Economics/Finance/MBA (Finance/Real Estate)/Urban Development/Equivalent discipline from a recognized university or institution.
• Minimum 12 years of proven professional experience in: Real Estate Analysis Urban Development Planning Housing Demand Assessment Commercial and Business Space Planning Land Use and Development Studies Investment and Market Feasibility Analysis

• Commercial and Business Space Planning
• Land Use and Development Studies
• Investment and Market Feasibility Analysis
• At least 5 assignments handled as team leader.
