Role Overview
AWS Data Center Supply Solutions is seeking a Real Estate Development Manager to execute infrastructure strategy in India.
The role supports the development of data centers and serves as a contract owner for developer and partner relationships.
The position is based in Mumbai and requires 10% to 20% business travel for regional expansion, training, and team off-sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive feasibility and due diligence solutions, including conceptual budgeting, scheduling, and financial analysis.
- Partner with Business Development leads on engagements, negotiations, and deal closing.
- Establish development risks and remedies and document solutions for approval.
- Develop procurement strategies aligned with development requirements.
- Formulate plans with partners to mitigate risks and close development issues.
- Interface with developers and landowners from contract execution through building handover.
- Coordinate with Legal, Design Engineering, Construction Management, and external developers on contract requirements.
- Manage developer engagements and oversee completion of contractual milestones.
