Role Description
Lead and oversee real estate development projects from concept through completion in a part-time remote role.
Evaluate sites, conduct financial and market analyses, and guide feasibility assessments for investment decisions.
Provide strategic input on site selection, deal structure, project optimization, and sustainable profitable growth.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate due diligence, project timelines, budgets, proposals, and risk monitoring.
- Collaborate with consultants, legal advisors, local authorities, and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure projects align with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Real estate development experience leading end-to-end projects and navigating entitlement and approval processes.
- Strong feasibility studies and analytical skills covering market data, financial projections, and risk factors.
- Project management capability for cross-functional coordination, timelines, and deliverables.
- Proficiency in due diligence and budgeting, including site analysis, financial modeling, and cost control.
- Knowledge of real estate finance, investment analysis, and basic valuation principles.
